Barring used/antique book stores, and this sounds stupid, but Urban Outfitters actually has a really good collection of Coffee Table books like Beautiful Losers.

there's an incredible used book store here in ottawa called 'the book market'.....4 floors of books books and books.....up every wall, around every corner, in every little nook and cranny....its truly an experience!....

chapters is great too....

i am yet to find a bookstore i dont love, in any city....
they have the most interesting energy...

Usually i go to used bookstores. If I happen to be in a barnes and nobles or borders I usually can't resist buying something though.

There is a wonderful used bookstore where I live and I love it! They have the most obscure and hard to find books

to swap books with others. It works pretty well, you get credits when you ship a book (media mail, pretty cheap) to someone so you can order another. The selection is getting better and better as more people join.

I'm a book addict so I am always looking for books on the cheap.
