Another Vogue Paris issue I have a major soft spot for is the Lara Stone themed issue from February 2009. I had only been purchasing basic fashion magazines sporadically now and then (Vogue US, Vanity Fair, Nylon, Interview (oddly enough)) and I remember feeling electrified when I saw Vogue Paris for sale for the FIRST TIME *in real life* at a big bookstore. I had been following fashion for a few years before then, but discovering that I could BUY IT? It was a thrill. It's not the best Vogue Paris issue from Carine's era, but it's my most nostalgic issue. I can't even find most of the editorials online anymore.
