i didnt like much this season

Raf Simons easy- the sweaters and trenchcoats esecially
Issey Miyake- tip my hat to Naoki for making a wearable and fun collection
Costume National- Ennio I think made a very nice and very controlled collection
Henrik Vibskov- A lot of pieces I would love to have
Junya Watanabe- I loved the sportswear look, it's done very well
Dior Homme- Despite my intial shock there are some great jackets and trousers.

and neither did Rick Owens yet..
He mixes the looks into his womenswear shows and women's fashion week is a little while away.

Where did you see them?

Rick Owens menswear shines during winter in my opinion.. I would love to see any photos.

If your interested I started a thread with all Rick Owens S/S 05 photos that I obtained, I'm not sure if you saw it since it faded into obscurity fast.

Okay, okay, it seems like I'm copying purechris, but I saw even more and it's not just black & whites - Gilles Rosier has got to be one of my favorite new designers! So add him to my list, and I'm also QUITE besotted with some pieces by Daniel Faret - I MUST get some of those gloves!

Do you have the link? I did a "Rick Owens" search and nothing like that came up!

ETA: I'm hopelessly stupid - I did see the S/S thread, I was looking for the 2004 winter one! Sorry!

1. Valentino (so stylish)
2. Roberto Cavalli (great collection)
3. Versace (love the grey trench coat with the black leather)
4. Louis Vuitton (although the capes are utterly pointless)
