Just thought I'd update everyone, as of Nov. 5th, 2008 Felicity was nominated for the Evening Standard Theater Awards. The category is The Milton Shulman Award for Outstanding Newcomer for her role in The Chalk Garden.
I just checked Fliss's IMDB page and apparently she's playing Miranda in Julie Taymor's rendition of The Tempest! I'm very excited, this film stars several of my favorite actors!
Heeeeee, Cassie, every time I get a message in my inbox saying this thread is updated I go I BET IT'S PRONGS and 90% of the time it is. WHY HAVEN'T WE MADE THAT FLISS FANSITE YET, REMIND ME? ohright, we're too poor to buy a domain. XD
Oh gosh. If you guys make a fansite count me in to get your hits up! I'm currently trying to get a Rupert Friend fansite off the ground so if you guys do make something they should atleast be affiliates!!
Back on topic though, there's been a bit more Fliss news while we've all been busy stalking other celebrity threads, haha.
DAME HELEN MIRREN brings a little bit of croc and roll to the set as she waits to film The Tempest.
The actress was in costume for the Shakespearian role but added the trendy bright pink Croc shoes to keep her feet warm between takes. Movie bosses changed the lead character Prospero into a woman so the role could be played by Helen, who won an Oscar for The Queen. The Tempest, being filmed in Hawaii, also stars Brideshead Revisited actress FELICITY JONES as Miranda – and disgraced comic RUSSELL BRAND. It isn’t the first time Helen, 63, has caused a stir by her attire on the beach. In July she was snapped in Italy looking gorgeous in a little red bikini. But she said: “The truth is I don’t really look that good.” Sounds like cobblers to us, Helen.
and here's some news on the Diary of Anne Frank. Felicity will be playing Anne's sister Margot and it is set to air on BBC1 every night for a week at 7pm starting January 5, 2009.
I wondered why everytime I saw this girl, she'd look familiar to me and I figured it out. She played on a Doctor Who episode and she was just a doll. Subscribing.
Yes, it's the Christie one. Here're some pictures from that episode:

As for fansites, of course it would be nice to have another site. But the two sites that exist now -- Felicity Jones Blog and Felicity Fix -- are very good about posting news and new photos (even if they are rather bare bones in terms of design).
