Can someone help ID this model? It's from an issue of Cosmo, 1992 or '93

Hello everyone!

I hope you can help me out! I've had these two pages clipped out and saved in an old book since around 1992 or so, but i've never been able to identify the model in this ed.

I believe the magazine was Cosmopolitan, and the year was around 1992 or 1993. Any help would be appreciated, i know it's a long shot!
