Wow, it's been a while since we spoke of the clutch since the Spy bags were released. Was this bag ever for sale? It's gorgeous! The Vanity clutch will forever remain one of my favorites.

...what is it about fendi bags that always look so cool but so common?

i think its because they base them on basic handbag designs, then exaggerate the shape in certain areas , then art-deco the hell out of the texture and the design work on top of that substantial framework
