There are no problems with comfort and you can wear them everyway, especially with the long skirt trend this season!

love flats anyway and they are absolutely a trend, but this summer (like last summer) i'm really into (flat or heel) espandrilles..
That's mainly because everyone here will be on flat sandals like the ones you've posted here... where i live those kind of greco-roman sandals have been 'hot' for like three summers on a row now

my faves from this bunch are the Banana ones, i wish i could post some flat espandrilles slingbacks ..not sure where to find them

mmm, the banana republic ones are lovely. overdone or not, I love the look with a full skirt. they're really comfortable. it's definitely a trend, though I think it's just carrying on from the past couple of years.

I'd love to see some flat espandrille slingbacks, lena.

I also love flats, im very tall so they'r a staple of my wardrobe, i tower over people enough as it is!! I have a gorgeous pair of roman style flats from schuh that i got at the beginning of spring last yr and i wore them into the ground, they're starting to appear everywher this summer.....yay for a comfy wearable trend!!

I like metallic ones , esp. silver. Colorful will be great too.. I like them whit a bit of heel .. 1 cm ( umm, 0,5 inch?) is good. then I'm 175 (5'9)
