Designer Consuelo Castiglioni has created a cult following of fashion lovers who are drawn to her signature silhouettes, unique color palette and one-of-a-kind prints. It’s only fitting then that this June Castiglioni is debuting a small line under the name Foulard, based on the house’s trademark patterns. “We developed this project by taking silk scarves, accessories with a very ladylike connotation, and turning them into bon-ton graphic pieces,” she explains. The set of colorfully printed totes, bangles, and stylish separates plays perfectly into the Milan-based brand’s stellar fall show, which featured richly colored furs, luxe suiting, flirty day dresses and whimsical print pairings. As Castiglioni puts it, “A runway show is like a novel in comparison to a capsule collection. Foulard is a flirtatious little love poem.”

i think she took what was on the cutting room floor from pre fall and made it a capsule collection. not my favorite work form marni and a bit bon-ton-scraps in appearance, this does not translate into poetry to me. Tish tish.

i read this in bazaar today....
i LOVE it!...
to be honest..i thought it was prada when i first saw it...

i think it would be hard for me to wear that much pattern and that much print...
but i think the accessories are what it's all about for me...
super fun for a tote...

that is my fave piece of the ones shown...

i'm looking forward to seeing more!

Just goes to show... beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Oh Gosh! Even though I love it, the styling and how it was presented is sensory overload!

I think Im gonna go into shock just by looking at it ...
