I picked up Run Lola Run in the DVD bargain bins and I like the movie a lot. She is indeed a chameleon, didn't look at like she was in the excellent Bourne Identity film
(too bad they killed her off in the second film).

BTW my friend works in movie crews and was on set with Elijah Wood once, he said the female supporting cast was really aggressive in trying to win his affections, this was after his role in Lord of the Rings. That's what fame will do.

I love The Princess & the Warrior, which she stars in. I think she's an amazing actress

I thought she was great in the Bourne films with Matt Damon. They had great chemistry and I was very impressed with her.

I saw The Bourne Identity for the first time a couple of days ago and I am now very fascinated by her...

And unfortunately, I read what somebody else posted in this thread about her character in the second film. :( And I haven't seen the film yet... oh well...

She is really a lovely girl, though. She has a very fresh appearance to her.

Love her.
She's beautiful, unique and somehow accessible.
She makes me want to know her. :flower:

Oh wow, no offense, but I hate her with a passion! As an actress, she's terribly, TERRIBLY plain, it's like she's falling asleep. Has anyone seen "Elemtarteilchen"? (sorry, I don't know the English title, it's adapted from the book by Houellebecq/Houellebecque/whateverthespellingis) The movie itself was BAD (compared to the book, of course), but she was totally miscast and she has the same boring, slow way overall in any other movie I've seen with her (the German ones)
At that, when she was hyped to be the first German actress to make it in Hollywood (I'm German), it seemed that it really got to her head. I remember reading a German interview where she likened herself to Marlene Dietrich (!) and an American one where she talked about how she couldn't stand living in boring Germany anymore and basically agreed to any prejucide that this nation has been plagued by:huh: She's in love with herself, I'd say.

Has anyone seen that silent movie she directed?

However, she's playing Tamara Bunke in Soderbergh's "Guerilla"/"The Argentine" alongside Benicio Del Toro (who I'm obsessed with), another reason to hate her:innocent:

No offense, but I just cannot stand her and couldn't stop myself from ranting:flower:

(Sorry for my English)

The English title would be Atomized :flower:

Love her, she's just so beautiful and stylish. Her part was really moving in 'House'.

Franka Potente smiles as she makes her way into the Sirius Satellite Radio studios in New York City. The "Run Lola Run" actress, who just picked up a mysterious role on "American Horror Story," wore a flowery blouse as she walked into the building.
