is she Cisco Tschurtschenthaler de Helmhein?
Evidently, Tschurtschenthaler is not an uncommon last name in South Tyrol (currently Italy, priorly Austria). One of the Tschurtschenthaler families has been raised to nobility in 1893 with von Helmheim added to their family name.
It is not clear though if Cisco comes from this family or other Tschurtschenthalers. Since her last name is often styled as von Tschurtschenthaler, indicating some degree of nobility in her ancestry, I would guess the former -- most like a descendant of Anton von Tschurtschenthaler, who in mid XX century resided in Munich, where Cisco was born.
That being said, her full name in all likelihood is Franziska Tschurtschenthaler von Helmhein, which is commonly shortened to Franziska von Tschurtschenthaler and further to Cisco Tschurtschenthaler.
