I don't think it's too much too soon. If this is going to be the height of her career, then she might as well milk it for it's worth,I would. I''m not too sure on her Chanel outfit but I love the cute photos of her out and about in Paris

She's getting chummy with Karl Lagerfeld? Good for her. She looks so cute in those Paris pictures.

yeah fair enough, but in the same sense that's a little sad and disappointing that if this is the height of her career it is based on hype rather than sheer talent and endurance like most other actresses. I have nothing against Frieda at all, but I can't help but feel that it would be better to acquire a level like this through other means because otherwise theres the problem of over-exposure etc that could hurt her acting career

She looked rather stunning at Chanel!

I do think that she is receiving Charlize Theron-like treatment/offers without Charlize Theron-like accomplishment... but I guess time will tell...

Freida Pinto has been busy in Paris this week attending the Chanel show and taking in the tourist sights. She looked adorable posing in front of the Eiffel Tower and I couldn't help but notice her arm candy. You might have mistaken it as a shopping bag, but Freida's black Chanel shopper is actually the latest accessory from the classic design house. It's made out of 100% black leather and will set you back $2625 (about £1900)!

I'm sure it was a freebie, but that is one tacky bag.:ninja: I also don't care for her jacket. Actually, I've loved all her red carpet/Slumdog promotional events wear, but haven't been impressed by her personal style - what she wears on a daily basis. I don't expect her to go out in high-end clothes 24/7. I'd just like to see her wear more fun outfits. Anyways, I'm sure the freebies are slowly rolling in and she's got an amazing stylist, so maybe he can help her w/her daily wear.

She looks very pretty at the Chanel party.

Great pics of her with Karl Lagerfeld.

For those that think she's getting to much too soon, sometimes fate has a greater hand than talent alone. Why not strike while the iron is hot? I'm sure most of us would if we were in her shoes:innocent:

I don't like the bag either. Her personal style is very basic, stuff that you wore in high school/jr. high:lol:. Nothing wrong with that though, but I think it's hard since her red carpet style is so fabulous.

I notice she shops at H&M a lot for her personal style. They do have some fun pieces, but I'm actually surprised that she doesn't shop at Zara more. Zara is comparable to H&M price-wise, but the clothing is a lot more "right off the runway/right now." In fact, most people can't tell that someone is wearing Zara and not designer. I've paired Zara with designer stuff, and most people will mistake my Zara stuff for Dior, Chanel and other designer stuff. It tends to look almost identical. And I believe the Kardashian sisters shop there a lot.

At Coco Chanel’s apartment…
Suzy Menkes: You’re so beautiful and charming. You should play Coco Chanel!
Freida Pinto: Thank you so much! But I’m not sure if they ever would want an Indian Coco.

Am totally fascinated by her and interested to see if she can sustain a consistent career in Hollywood. Her style has gotten better. She seems to be making the right moves so far and is playing the game very well. I really hope she lasts.

I definitely would love to see her in Estee Lauder adverts...she has a face for beauty work.

Agreed. There's something very special about her style, yet she doesn't try too hard.

Well, I think in a way, her clothes do wear her, but she is a rara avis in one way-I could never really imagine her in sweats or just slumming it. She was made to wear fabulous clothes. She is glamour, period.
