I thought her slumdog performance was underwhelming.

Freida wasn't at the Venice Film Festival because she had to fly to India last-minute due to an emergency. She will, however, attend the Toronto Film Festival in a few days to promote Miral and You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger.

Yes, Miral did receive some poor reviews, but also a couple of really good ones centered on the acting. A few even said that Freida really emerged as an actress with Miral! Personally I can't wait to see it.

I think she is busy filming. I don't think it would surprise me if she was all-hype. I didn't really care for her performance in Slumdog Millionaire. The reviews for Miral were very negative, by the way. I don't think Freida got bad reviews, though.

The reviews are awful, she doesn't even get mentioned in most of them. That doesn't bode well. I suppose she's a one-hit wonder with a great stylist
