"Slumdog Millionaire" actress Freida Pinto’s broken engagement made news recently, and her former fiancé was said to be a businessman from Bangalore.
However, a Mumbai tabloid has now revealed the real identity of the man Freida apparently dumped in the wake of the stunning success of her debut film, “Slumdog Millionaire”.
The guy is called Rohan Antao and he is said to be a marketing professional from Mumbai.
It seems Freida and Rohan have known each other for many years and finally got engaged last year. As the engagement was a private affair, not many knew about it. However, Rohan was always by her side while “Slumdog Millionaire” was in the making and even travelled with her.
Finally the movie became a huge success and Freida a big name. That's when cracks appeared in their relationship.
Freida decided to give her career a priority and Rohan, it seems, did not fit into her plans hence the engagement was called off.

I'm watching Slumdog Millionaire right now! It is so good. Truly lives up to the hype

She looks beautiful (as always) at the Mumbai premiere. The dress is beautiful as well but way too short. It looks sort of inappropriate. All of the other women are wearing at least knee length dresses. I'm not usually one to care about things like this but she just looks awkward in the dress.
