helena said:I don't think you can boil it down to a set of rules like that....its an attitude towards clothes - to dress unexpectedly and never to want to look like the next person, thats inherently french. to add a twist to an outfit that makes the outfit 'yours'. to tie a scarf onto your bag or to wear coloured shoes with dark tights. to wear all white in winter or all black in summer. Its not something that can be defined and that almost precisely the point.
