It's safe to download; you cannot get infected by an AVI to my knowledge. If you have an older OS like Win XP you may need to install an xvid or divx codec for the video portion (the audio is mp3 standard), or play it back using software with built in support for the various formats, like VLC (Video Lan Player) or KMP.

I might try mirroring the file on MegaUpload or Hotfile, but generally Rapidshare is the most reliable hoster and it doesn't have any perplexing captchas.
