Well, since you don't graduate high school until 19 here, I'd say now is the perfect time to get her international career going. Obviously many models start younger, but I hope her agency doesn't write her off as being too old, because she's definitely not.

In regards to the age thing: Yes, 19 is a little late to start modeling, however that hasn't stopped other girls (Agyness, Iris, etc.). Besides, the only age casting directors will ever know is what the girl and her agency tell them.

She's an incredible talent and I really hope someone in NYC picks her up soon.

Haha. I'm not sure how Malin's age even became an issue, though. She just turned 18 a couple of months ago, and she's been working locally for some time (but if you find her old pics, please don't post). I think she's ready to go whenever, but probably wants to finish school first. I'm more worried because of her agency's close partnership with IMG... can't really picture Malin there, and everyone else tend to get overlooked

That was my fear as well. I feel like placing her with IMG would be a lost cause to a certain extent. Their development talents feel to be lacking or, no pun intended, under-developed the last couple of seasons (unless of course they ended up at Prada like Cato). She kind of needs to go somewhere with a small more calculated board.

Hoping for the best though.
