To that pronounciation thing:
I think it is Gustafson. That video prooves nothing. The women seems to be no native speaker,it sounds more like american and we know the often have some difficulties when it comes to foreign pronounciations
(sorry dear americans, I love you though ;p)

I think you need to be native speaker to understand the way v/f works... The safest way to say it would be just plain GustaVsson, as Gustavs son. probably doesnt help at all.
