^ because sometimes the designers, casting directors don't like too tall girls i suppose. they have bigger feets for example, that can be a problem.

Probably because 1.77 - 1.81 are the perfect measurements for a model - if models are taller or shorter agencies cheat a bit to make the model look better on paper.
