Just noticed. On the day of her first appearance at NYFW this thread had 14 pages, now it has 101. It makes 87 pages in like 1 month and around 10 days Frida defenietely has lots of fans!

Good comparison. She IS the next Gemma! Or, the first Frida? Well.... the first Frida model that I know of, at least.

At any rate, I was at Barneys Co-op today in Chelsea, and could've sworn the model in there was Frida, but after a few glanes, I don't think it was her, just another model who looks very similar. Her mouth was a little different. Friday has a cute pout, almost Doutzen-y; this girl had thinner lips. Very tall, though, about 5'11", maybe 6'0" even.

besides, i don't think she'll get the meisel support that gemma had, because frida's face is a little too blank for meisel i guess

Though with her around, I kind of stopped moping around about Gem's disappearance & am totally focused on this newcomer

I dont think Frida will disappear off of our radar even if she'll quit modeling in a far, very far future.
She will have a great future as a stylist!

yeeah i think that frida has something very special about her, and will for sure to have a lot of appeal for many people, but i don't think there will ever be a model comparable to gemma.
gemma was extremely unique, yet approachable, and in my opinion highlighted the true definition of a 'super model'
but i'm still gonna save some love for frida, nevertheless
