it kind of looks like tinea versicolor, its not a big deal just a fungal infection. i had it once and it looked just like what Frida has on her arm. it goes away easily. It could be something completely different though!

it's not powder, she had those spots during Spring 2011. I just never mentioned them cause it's kind of weird lol~
