He gained the weight for a movie he is shooting called Le Premier Circle (Inside Ring).

Let's just hope he loses the grease and muscles after shooting is complete. Although, I kind of doubt it. It seems as though his confidence has grown a lot with his new look.

the movie was in theaters on june 18.

i haven't seen it though. have any french fs'ers seen it?
if i remember well, the movie got pretty bad reviews.

can someone tell me how he found that movie?

I saw the movie a few weeks ago and didn't find it as bad as the critics want us to believe it to be
It's a confusing film,pretty strange and uncommon.It oscillates between romance,science-fiction and reality.It's different from the actual french production which is a good thing.Eric Forestier really tried to introduce a new genre on the french movie scene.I really loved the photography and the fact that music took such an important place,the movie wouldn't be the same without it.Jay Jay Johansson's music is amazing and I fall in love with the ending song *Damn I NEED to find it!!!*.Having said that I cannot say I understood it all but I don't think the director wanted to give us all the keys anyway...I understood it as a poetic way to describe the fact that boys come and walk away.But of course there is so much more than that,it's a bomb in our rational world!!It would deserve a few more screenings to get all the aspects the director wanted to explore...Feminity,Emptiness,the fact that we even are a mystery to our own self,that we cannot control everything...
In a few words,it was an interesting movie,not a masterpiece but hey who cares?

Ps:I feel like warning you girls,you might be deceived,Gaspard plays only in the first few minutes of the movie
