What I'm really excited about now is the possibility that more and more photographers are going to publish their pictures of Gia.
Apparently, there are a LOT of Gia images that are held by photographers and not published. I think it's quite sad. They should be shared!

That shoot you were unsure about I am 100% convinced none are Gia. Even the first one...look at the details of her features...not her chin nose etc.......but that doesn't matter in the least, there is so much brilliant new photos today I can't believe it! THANK YOU!

I agree w could encourage people who knew Gia or photographed her to expose it to the public. I for instance had contact with her family and heard more stories of her than was in the book, there are photographers who sometimes reveal their Gia memories those photographers actually have GIa pics but they have not even been mentioned in the book.. But then we could also become active as in contacting people who knew Gia, by researching and contacting them they are more then willing to help usually. Gia is too great to let anything about her be lost.

For instance im going to contact Jimmi Destry on myspace because he has talked with her or maybe they had some fling? Im also sure that Bianca Jagger has seen Gia in Studio 54 so she should reveal her impressions and a lot of more studio 54 goers show that you are the beautiful people now! Also Debbie Harry MUST have talked with Gia because Gia did a vide for them... she must speak!

I totally agree, fashiontopface. We obviously don't wanna annoy anyone but Gia's work was amazing and beautiful and it celebrates her memory. I'm not asking for personal pictures, but her professional ones. A lot of photogs have Gia pictures stored away that IMO would be wonderful to open up to the public in celebration of Gia's life.

Online Petition, perhaps? I know that worked to get some Edie Sedgwick films released.
