I agree with everything. I really like Gigi and there are some jobs which fit her perfectly, others.. not so much but she will get them anyway because her name is big. I think she's the biggest fashion model right now and I am happy to see a model so followed even outside normal fashion lovers. Also she is dominating NYFW, closing and opening shows left and right. I expect her to do this well only in Milan though, not in Paris. I am happy about her success and she currently looks very good: not too commercial like at the beginning but not too tired like some time ago.Gigi has a young face and an old face both at the same time. I like how she no longer hangs out with the jenners and is more private. She seems to really take her job seriously, and seems to really like modeling. Although I have to say, I do convince myself to like her as a model, sometimes she looks great in certain shoots or runways, but not always. I guess thats normal though, but her more so than others. Anyway, glad to see she's also looking a bit healthier and less tired this month.

Here's what I really admire about Gigi - she is continuously trying to improve her actual work. We see it in her editorials, she's trying different poses and expressions and trying to be more creative. It doesn't always work, but she's taking her job seriously and I admire that.
The most clear evidence is in her runway walk, though. I think we can all agree that a few years ago it was BAD. Like ... to the point that she had to publicly address it. haha. But did y'all see her on that Savage X Fenty runway?? That walk was amazing. Not just "good" or "better than before", but legit probably the best walk of the entire show. She was soooo confident and sexy and in control.
I think this is why the actual fashion people respect her and enjoy working with her (as well as all the other models ... literally, ALL of them. Have you ever heard someone make negative comments about Gigi?). Because they know that even though she's actually the biggest model on the planet right now, she's still working hard to be better all the time and seems down-to-earth and gracious about the success she's had.

I don't think Gigi had much choice but improve her walk and modelling work. She was heavily criticized for it on social media - her walk was infamously mocked on twitter sprouting countless memes. As a model you definitely don't want to be seen as a joke. Plus people were resenting the fact that she had all that privilege without putting in the work that the other models did.
Kaia Gerber probably learnt from it and made sure her walk was on par with the other models from the start to avoid backlash and look like she earned that spot and belonged on that catwalk.
