I disagree- I think it just needs new blood. Like Narciso Rodriguez for Armani

that would be a good fit

:woot: that would be amazing!!! narciso:heart::heart:... think of all the stuff he could do!!!

this collection looks like every other armani collection. he should change the styling of the shows at least.

i cant believe you havent mentioned the hats yet Salvatore!!
they're awful as usual!!

armani needs fresh air... i think tom ford and his erotic obsession would be perfect for the job since so many old ladies would hate it and the brand would have a chance to change a little!

The same as always. Beautiful, but for how many decades has he been showing these same dresses?

Does it EVER change? Apart from the clothes he also needs to rethink his presentation methods once...it's always the same and always it's bad...
Oh god yes,i swear all of his latest collections have been so unimpresive. For me they sort of blend together and seem like i am watching the same exact thing over and over, over, over again.........

I was there today and took some photographs... Although I hate photographing at fashion shows... :-) I got a really crappy place, at the top raw... So much about arriving on time.

I have around 240 pics from that show, but I don't really have the time to sort and PP them. The ones that you see are completely raw, too, and I apologize for that.

Does Armani have calipers to measure the models' cheekbones? And have they ever been allowed to smile? He's always got the cool cat girls. I walk around the house, sucking my cheeks in and thinking grim thoughts--Armani girl method-acting!

It's Armani. He's got his massive aspirational niche. Bad moods from low blood sugar and cheek implants for all!

Hate to say it but its boring. He needs to do something different; even if its only a little bit different.

While the pieces are generally akin to his previous collections, I'm sensing a stronger flapper-era vibe from this than any other. However, I could easily be wrong.

I just got here to say how boring and predictable it is
believe me
before I see one pic of his "latest show", I knew how it was gonna look

Thank GOD I'm not the only one! Why the same palette!!!??? does he buy any coloured fabric? And those 20's hats are so repetitive!

Can you imagine how hard it must be to enter a new idea to this house??
It's like, I understand your recomendation of Narciso, but what he would do?? what can you do with a brand that lately has been all about grey, metallics, 20's look, stripes, pijama pants, clutcher beaded bags and flats???

introduce some new ideas while keeping some of the old ones. I mean Keping a recogniseable brand identity is important, but I think that could be done while still introducing something new and fresh in addition
