^Yep, I'm thinking I'll pass on the Nine Wests for that reason, as well as I already have gladiator-looking shoes... leaves me more money to put towards some different special shoes...

i'm surprised at the explosion of this look this season...
i feel like it's been going on for a couple years now and i guess it's only picking up steam..

not that i mind

i like that there are so many variations out there now...

is this look still going strong in Europe?
i feel like it might have been more popular there over the last couple years than it was in the US...

i know virtually every woman in Greece was wearing some version of a gladiator type sandal when I was there last summer...

K Jacques are lovely from my understanding.

Wearing mine today. I didn't really notice girls in London wearing them last summer but I'm sure they did. Definately feel more American companies are coming out with them now.

I wasn't quite daring enough to go for the full up the leg version of gladiator sandals so I bought these today! They have a zip up the back so you don't have to undo them everytime.

ive bought three new pairs this week i love gladiator sandels so comfy.. just wish it would wamr up so i could wear them .. in the uk what time of year do u recon is aceptible to start wearing them.. beginging of may maybe ?? too early ?

THE Nine West gladiator wedges are again available for pre-order on their site, but I found out just now that they don't ship to europe. This is so sad They aren't even so big where I live, and actually, I don't care... I originally fell in love with the balenciaga gladiator sandals, and these would of course be much better for my budget.. oh well, I guess I must just move on..
But all your sandals are beautiful and I'm sure they look gorge on your feet!

Not exactly a sandal, but I am interested in the Gladiator heel from Banana Republic. It comes in black, dark brown, and red, and retails for $118.00. While BR's leather quality has gotten much worse over the years and thus does not justify the three-digit price tag, I might just make an exception this time. From what I can see it is selling out fast... Sz 7.5 and 9.5 are already gone!
