Handbag Suggestions?

I need some suggestions. I am looking for a new handbag. Of course, the Balenciaga would be ideal, but I in no way can afford it. I don't want to get a knock-off, but I would love to get something similar to the Balenciaga. I am looking to spend no more than $200.

I would like the bag to be relatively medium sized, leather, and able to be zippered closed. I really want it to be fashionable. I really like the look of handles, but I think shoulder straps are just more practical. The Balenciaga is so wonderful to me because it has both the option of handles and a shoulder strap. So, I guess anything with either shoulder straps or handles would be fine... it'd depend on the bag.

Any suggestions??

Banana republic did a bag that had Balenciaga ish zippers... You can probably get it off ebay or something. My friend emailed BR and they found a few out in Kentucky and the midwest that you can buy and have sent to you.
