The problem with the Food Network is that all grub is done in a time-saving 30 minutes or less. And when the preparation is more involved, it's glossed over. That's all well and good but I on more than just occasion need seasoned, complex and capable of not turning out right but that's the reward. I need Hannelore.

Just ask model Hannelore Knuts, who recently celebrated a decade in the industry by changing gears and becoming an accessories designer. “It fits an airline ticket but it doesn’t quite fit a book,” joked the Anvers native last night at Colette, where she was presenting the collection of clutch bags she produced in association with the Belgian brand Studio Delvaux. “I do read a lot of books actually, so maybe it’s a reason for a follow-up project.”

I watched the 'making of' video of Delvaux on her blog... she seems to be really happy as an accessories designer.
