can somebody explain how to pronounce Hannelore Knuts' name correctly?

That's how he is pronouncing it, (I always envisioned it Haun-a-lore not Hanna-lora) but it is spelled Hannelore Knuts.

Well he says her first name correctly, Her surname is pronounced with a hard 'k' though. The 'k' at the beginning of her surname is not silent. A silent 'k' before a 'n' does not occur in the Dutch/Flemish language (I'm Dutch myself).
