wow, this is funny ! I live in Estonia and I have already had US harper's bazaar delivered... This is weird you should call somewhere if people overseas already have it

I haven't received my October issue but I usually get it by now. I sent them an email and they're extending my subscription to make up for it.

looks like an extension of the "fashionable life" section in each issue...
articles and such on parties and entertaining...
