First it's Fabulous at Every Age
Now Sexy at Every Age
this background isn't best but much better than US edition cover
Yay, another cover for Gisele!
another reprint. the US one looked much better than this.
it looks just like the US version. I knew it would only be a matter of time before they started using this image for a reprint yay
How to use overused quotes at every age
God! If they'll reprint, might as well use another picture for the cover.
lmao i saw this toady and it has a free umbrella
Gisele looks stunning.
i like the blue and the white contrasted with her & her outfit ... it looks contemporary as well as that particular italic font which you dont see a lot of these days ...
I liked the US pink version better than this blue. but she still looks stunning as always
I think next is Look Hot at every age. This reprint is so s*ck.
okay i just received my copy dw its for free
i realized their layout is "trying to be " french vogue
with the black strip with the word of the section.do you know what i mean?
anyways there are reprints(what do you expect?)
and i think one or two ed/feature with local models
Review(for the curious ones)
Title: Sheer Genius
here comes the ed for every "age"
Title: Play dress ups in your 20's
9 pages inc article
Title: Rock out in you 30's
Title: Power through your 40's
Title: Keep it chic in your 50's
Model: Suvi Koponen
then the age 60 is a feature article on Jane Birkin(reprint)
the age 70 is a feature on Penelope Seidler and i think thats original
article on Audrey Tautou im 100% is a reprint cause they usually put reprint articles towrads the very end
the only decent thing in HB is the report on RAFW
and there you have it
I don't like the combination of the blue backround combined with the warmer more orangy colours of Gisele's picture.
I prefer this blue background to the pink one they used in US Harper's Bazaar. Just wish they wouldn't reprint so much.
Suvi's ed, Keep It Chic In Your 50's, photographed by Greg Kadel is a shorter reprint of this ed from March Harper's US:
I've put the pics in the order they appear in Aus Harper's Bazaar

Power Through Your 40's

Stylist: Marina Afonina
Model: Olivia Henderson

I prefer this cover over the US one - but gosh I am SO OVER Australian Harper's Bazaar reprinting US month in and month out!
over the years iv seen a lot of mags do the "beauty/style at every age" but for some reason when this mag did it this time around IMO it just seemed illogical & mismatched having young models model clothes for women in their 40's & 50's ... it just didnt look right ... i realise its no differnt to what all the mags have always treated these stories but it seemed weird this time around ...
