This issue is stunning, all the edits are amazing. It seems than this edition of Harper's Bazaar is on the win over of Vogue Italia.

I fell asleep looking at this. If there was a fashion Supreme Court, they would deem this issue unworthy of any attention and guilty of 'boredom'.
The fact that people are getting over excited about this says plenty about the state of fashion publishing today.
I had some hopes for this to be shaming Bazaar US into waking the f*ck up but this ain't it.

We conceived this story back in October, when Michele was at the helm at Gucci and, as they say, nothing foreshadowed. On the occasion of the launch of Bazaar Italia, Gucci decided to give us an exclusive - a couture collection that was created not for the catwalk, but for red carpets and dear clients. We did not have time to do it by the launch, so we moved it to the second issue. What happened next with Michele, you yourself know, but for me it was a very beautiful farewell.

It seems than this edition of Harper's Bazaar is on the win over of Vogue Italia.

I don't even know if that's difficult anymore, though. I'd almost be tempted to say Elle Italia blows Vogue Italia out of the water in 2023 and I haven't looked at an issue of THAT in a decade.
