The masthead on her face doesn't work (for me only Vogue Japan used to do it and it did work at times and didn't the rest of the time lol) ; other than that the styling is pretty but it's not an exciting cover.

Yes, the title appearing on her face doesn't work here. And the position of her legs seems a bit weird to me. Besides that I think that's a beautiful picture, love the outfit, the girl and her expression. Simple but great !
