I am horribly scaly, blotchy and lined after a bad cold (and maybe it's getting older, and/or the weather??) this month, so have decided to go on a 30 day 'cure', that is, try to be very healthy for 30 days and see what a difference it makes.
So that means more greens, fish and berries, more tea and water instead of coffee, remembering supplements, and paying especial care to skincare.
