I got a 3pack. I wanted to try them specifically in my Louboutin Miss Marples, and while they do help a little, it isn't exactly miraculous.

i'm not sure what the long part is supposed to do-- mimic an arch support? cause i have high arches and it doesn't seem to even touch my arch so what can it be doing?

To be honest I don't know but I know it's supposed to be a good sign if you can't really feel them, I think that means you've placed them well. So maybe the sensation that it's not really touching your arch is good?
