^ she had it cut really short recently, so it's not being pulled back, that's just its length now!

I really don't like it, it ages her in all the wrong ways. She looked so much better with longer hair.

I was thinking more along the lines of Janet Jackson's style. Janet just got hers cut and wears it both pulled back, styled, and lets it fall naturally. It kinda has a swept bangs look. I think that Hayden's hair would do the same.
