She looks really nice and the dress is great......but I'm just not sure about her hair.

To be honest, I've never liked Heather. Though, when I saw her photo at the NARS party, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even recognize her, until I read her name under the photo. I actually really like this hair.

I've noticed that a lot of models rarely do their hair, even if they're at a party/event. Daria Werbowy is a perfect example of this. But they still look really great.
