Can't understand how the girls she started out with like Stam, Trentini etc., are still hugely popular and Heather seems to have faded some when she is so much better than the lot of them.

100% agree with you!!!!!!!!!!! It's a mystery to me that Trentini is in all US Vogue and Heather doesn't. Trentini is good, but Heather is the best mixture between Stam and Trentini. That's probably why she doesn't have as much work as them.
