ok my Henry Beguelin bag just arrived

im speechless the leather is so soft (think balenciaga city) it slouches when you hold it up it is that soft

and the heavenly scent of leather ahhh i love that scent

and you know what else i love about it ? its practically weightless its even lighter than my balenciaga city My cousin went crazy at how gorgeous the leather is and how the bag practically weighs nothing, that she keeps asking what brand is it? what brand is your bag LOL

Hi kaka_8811, I am sorry that I miss your message. Congrats on the latest bag!!!

The snakeskin is embossed, so it really depends on your taste. But overall the craftsmanship is excellent and in fact better than some of the better known luxury brands. I am sure you know how soft some of the bags are! I bought another pair of flats and am eyeing on two other bags.

yes, her bag is the parachute...
i went to the henry beguelin boutique here and they didn't have any left in store, but i saw a pic of it in their lookbook...
it's a s/s bag, but the sa said it could be continued for f/w...

haha excellent post kim. As i was scrolling through threads and saw this one i remembered softie's post about MK and how I had seen the pic of her carrying it. Looks like she hopped on the train though before we had a thread going. Or else she read the thread and decided to pull her's out........ I can't imagine MK using the internet to be honest. No, I didn't get it from the HB store. I got it from On Pedder Hong Kong and I think I bought the last Parachute in XL. But they still have white(which is stunning!) and Joyce has many other styles(on sale as well!).
