In 1997 Henry Beguelin sells his company and the name "Henry beguelin" and starts a new activity under the name of "Henry Cuir" where the first line of products is put on display in the Show Room of Via Arena in 19.

so it's a herve leger situation then. i'd rather buy henry cuir (or herve l. leroux!), since the money goes to the real person rather than some big company just using their name.
