Hermès F/W 14.15 Paris

Absolute knockout! Again! Here we have a designer taking full advantage of the resources available to them and not squandering them on juvenile mediocrity. This is THE definition of luxury. It is a blessing to end the season with a reminder that fashion can be trendless and not just about making the most noise. That there are mature women that want exquisite clothes. Just fu**ing BRILLIANT!

AMEN I echo everyone's praised comments, this show defines luxury and Lemaire is perfection for hermes, the opening look and the white coat at the end are utterly sublime!

It's beautiful and very well executed, as always.

At the same time though, I can't help but feel a bit sad that this style and look has become so fashionable lately... that kind of anti-fashion look. Hermes used to be that odd one out, the one that always does their own thing rather uniquely. Now the trendy aspect and "The Row wannabe collections" devalue this beauty a bit. It feels as if that slightly mysterious, impeccably stylish woman lost some of her mystery.

Oh, simply perfection! Definitely on par with last fall's master collection; so many stunning coats. Definitely on top of my hit list for a mediocre season.

It's polish great legths, despite the fact that we've seen these kind of silhouetes a lot of times. Even so it is chic and refined.

this collection is perfection! Everything looks so comfortable & wearable yet chic & luxurious. Lemaire is truly a genius at his craft.

Gorgeous, easy, classic, luxurious. But it's the ease above all with which I am taken. You'd immediately look good in these clothes; the fits are beautiful and yet relaxed. Any woman could wear these timeless clothes. Well worth the investment. I'll add to the hearts:

as a man, i want every overcoat of the collection. What a great show to close a sad season.

Lemaire definitely keeps that mindset of understated sophistication in his work and even more so with a line classically cut and tailored but brimming with confidence. I really love that the shapes and subdued neutrals accentuate a bit of masculine statement. It's such a pleasure to see this through the end of fashion week from feeling the fast-fashion fatigue.

I've taken a closer look at it, and I am still amazed by it. There is only one color association that makes me cringe a little (dark grey coat with brownish pants), and I think the prints are not the best, I prefer the one he made for his own collection. But still, I absolutely adore this collection. Always a great end to fashion week :)

This is absolute perfection. There is only one 3/4 tights with the long green zipped sweater I didn't like, but that's styling, the rest are love. Esp the brown croc top.

Sorry Style.com but that's what Understated but powerful is ! Fantastic collection
