Hermès S/S 2010 : Karlie Kloss by Paolo Roversi

Amazing:wub:
The colors and the serene atmosphere takes me breath away

Oooh I like it! Looks like the theme is fairy tales ("Life as a tale"), maybe there will be another shot about Rapunzel.

I really really like this. Hermes campaigns are always so quietly extraordinary. Karlie looks simply incredible, and the colours work so well for me.

i love Hermes ads, no matter if the model is boring or not. the artistic direction always wins me over.

Sweet and lovely ad, I like it. I wish it wan't Karlie though

Hermès ads are always so pretty, and this is no exceptiong! I'm surprised they went with Karlie but she turns out to be a wise choice!

ITA.

This is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, that I don't care who the model is at all. I think no-one could ruin this.

i love this. the colors are amazing, and it gives a nice contrast to Karlie's background.

Oh it's so pretty. I think Karlie is an odd choice but she executes the campaign greatly.

im curious about how the runway clothes shows in here cause the "tennis" collection doesnt seem to fit this icy/dreamy mood

Contrary to majority opinion, i don't think this looks dreamy or subliminally magical like Hermes's usual campaigns. Doesn't look like it was shot by Roversi and doesn't look like an Hermes campaign. Two thumbs down for me so far, but hopefully the other pictures will impress.

Interesting twist to the 'Princess and the Pea' story...I like the colors, very whimsical. ...

^Meisel's put a curse on us all that entails suffering at the mercy Karlie's hidden allure. It's like that spell Sarah put on Chris in The Craft.

I love this campaign, as said before it looks dreamy and htere is a great use of colors.
Love the pea under the pillows by the way. Adorable detail.

wait. this is the second season in a row where they've completely blown past the great moment of inspiration jean-paul gaultier brought to the show! last season, they could've created magic with an aviator-themed ad campaign. and this season, what happened to that idea of tennis?
