I knew she had the look to walk Comme from the moment I saw her; she's so perfect for the brand.

Carla-A, thanks for posting. Glad to have finally gotten this on the Ford Models Blog myself! So happy for Hildie.

she looks amazing and she takes such great pictures, they need to use her more!

Playing Fashion November 2010 by Dima Hohlov:

Short Interview:
We probably have mentioned before that we are in LOVE with Hildie. Her look is simply divine, incredibly cool and unbelievably minimal. And as we’re always very intrigued by the fabulous lives of these gorgeous beings we asked Hildie just a few very important questions we just HAD to get answered!
Where are you from?
I´m from a small Town in Norway called Bryne. With less than 8000 people living there, so for me living in NY, London and Paris is a big change!
Where’s “home” right now?
Not sure if I really have a “home”. Since I started modelling in March this year I´ve been living out of my suitcase and haven´t really stayed in one place for more than a few weeks or at the most a few months at the time. But right now I´m in London and will stay here till Christmas so I guess right now that´s my home.
Favourite places in London, Paris and New York?
In London I have so many favourite places. I love going to all the markets and there are so many nice areas with good restaurants and cute little stores. In Paris my favourite place is Le Marais I think, and in NY east village is definitely one of my favourites, there is this AMAZING frozen yoghurt place at St.Marks that i love.
What’s your beauty routine/must have product in your bag?
I wash my face every morning and every evening before I go to bed, but that is pretty much it. I don´t really have any must have products. I think the most important thing is just to eat healthy and drink a lot of water to keep your skin nice and clear.
What do you HATE?
I hate olives.
And what to you LOVE?
I LOVE my family and friends! I don´t know what I would have done without them!
Best modelling moment so far?
I think my best moment so far was when I did my first show. Jason Wu resort 2011 in NY earlier this year. It was so exciting and so much fun to be on the runway for the first time.
Favourite booker?
I love all my bookers!
Well, THANK YOU lady Hildie, this is all very informative, even though we do think you must have one favourite booker but you’re just very diplomatic! Ha!

I cant' see her on Ford's website anymore, I wonder if they dropped her?

Hmm... well the hype that Ford seems to have tried to build around her didn't really transform into real jobs, that's true and cannot be denied. But I agree that it might be a bit too soon to write her off already. But who knows. Maybe focusing on Europe jobs is a better choice for Hildie anyway.
