how to remove skintags?

a friend of mine has a few skintags she'd like to get rid of . lasering is her last option. does anyone know a few more " economical " ways to remove them?

my little sister was born with skin tags and they way they were removed was this: the hospital staff tied small pieces of thread extremely tightly around the skintags at the base. In a couple of days the tags fell off due to lack of oxygen. This was 16 years ago when she was a newborn and she hasn't required any further surgery ... the tags are gone!

depending how big they are...cut them off with nail clippers.

^ I'm wondering too.....for some reason, all I can think of is a little white clothes tag that you're born with saying, " Extra Small...Handle With Care"
