Ok she's stunning. The haircut really makes a difference for her - it just lets her face POP.

The VSFS has become much less of a big deal for the top tier fashion models (they really don't seem to benefit from it all that much) but it can be HUGE for someone like Iesha who hasn't caught her break yet. So excited for her!
