^ I'd say because there have been quite a few models with very similar features before. Blonde, extremely prominent bone structure, strong stare, Nordic appeal... Makes me think of Marique Schimmel, Emily Baker, Ylonka Veheul... Or Patricia van de Vliet.
Ilse is a stunner but I think her NY debut is one or two seasons too late.

I'm pretty sure this is her backstage at Thakoon S/S 2012 NYC. Too bad she wasn't in the actual show, there were some really bland faces there and I'd have rather seen her than them.
