Amazing. This cover has done the political theme better than any I've seen yet this month. Brolin was really a revelation in No Country for Old Men. He and Bardem delivered two of the best performances I've seen in ages and they were so intertwined - it was a damn shame he didn't get nominated for an Oscar. Really amazing actor - can't wait to see him in W.

I really think this design is quite cool. Simple and effective, it works the red, white and blue without becoming overtly patriotic and it lets the political theme be known without resorting to anything as done to death as a great big flag waving. Interview continues to impress me.

yeah I think it's quite a well done cover. I mean it's political by just having him, since he plays a political character, and I love the straight on stance they've captured him in. What makes it better though is the spray painted kind of effect with the ballot 'X'. That's nice

Look interesting, but Interview is so late in BKK, I must wait for more than 1 month, even the OCT issue is not on the newsstand here. not the same like all another glossy mags like Vogue GQ or ELLE from US, England of France it's on the newsstand the same time as those country.

um the tricolor stuff makes me feel a little bit bored. it doesn't even create the necessary pseudo-political atmosphere. it makes me think of AirFrance instead.
or is it that i just hate politics? who knows...

there is a long interview with georgio armani & a feature on acne's creative director jonny johansson....

this is the cinema issue, (spike jonze, martin scorsese, charlie kauffman have short interviews)

there is also an interview with french thinker bernard henri levy.

you'd NEVER see this kind of feature in "W".
in fact, just comparing this interview with the columns about "the countess" in W and your head might explode...
