I'm sure I haven't seen those before, beautiful colours! Thanks, Albert!

Do you think she'll walk this evening at Chanel Cruise show? I'll keep my fingers crossed :-)

Iris' beauty is so striking. And she has an amazing runway presence.

^ Agreed. I adore any kind of work from iris but her presence on the runway is simply overwhelming  Thanks for sharing all these close-ups!

shes going to have an editorial alongside magdalena and baptiste, shot by lagerfeld in an autumn issue of numéro.

Nice  Does she have a Karl Lagerfeld-from-runway-to-editorial-fulltime-exclusive or something like that? I just wonder - nevertheless Kaiser Karl just shot her for the advertisment stuff of his main line, booked her for Pirelli and now this Numero editorial pops up, apart from Karl's work there doesn't remain so much for Iris, unfortunately.

I think that being Karl's muse, whether it is short-term or long-term, is an amazing achievement and he seems to be using her in interesting ways. BTW, she was in Vogue Russia last month shot by Paolo Roversi. Photographers and editors are notorious for liking a model and using her for a season or two and then moving on to the next fresh face, that seems to have happened with Iris and Mert and Marcus. Very few established models have become Vogue fixtures a la Daria and Sasha. I think that I would rather see her doing the interesting stuff that she has been doing rather than a jumping girl ed for Vogue US just because it's Vogue. Having said that for creative reasons, I would like to see her working again with Mert and Marcus, Solve Sundsbo and Paolo Roversi.

It will be interesting to see how things unfold now that she is with Women. I said before, it is a good thing because now she is playing in the big leagues, but at the same time she she is a medium-sized fish in a big pond.

I second that. Her Roversi ed is great - I certainly want to see them working together again. And I would love to see her in an editorial shot by Solve!

I agree on the "jumping girl" issue too - though I don't like her being made too edgy - Iris is far too beautiful to be pressed in the open Kristen McMenamy slot, if you know what I mean - I adore Kristen's work, but since she's not what they call a common beauty I have the feeling they always tried to highlight her androgynous side above everything else and I don't want them to forget how sensual and womanly Iris is over the fact that she can be amazingly tom-boyish and edgy.

As for her work with Karl - there's no thing I love more than my favorite designer liking one of my favorite models, so the fangirl in me is all YAAAAY and does the happy-dance :-))

^I don't know if you know this, but she has done at least two eds with Solve, I will try to find them later and provide a link. One was called The Adrian Story and in the other she had this waxy face / cadaver styling.
