Is This Website Authentic?

The bags don't have to look good or bad. No one sells Balenciaga (new) for less than retail. NO ONE!!!!! There are only a handful of legitimate sellers other than the Balenciaga boutique itself which are mentioned at the beginning of the Balenciaga thread on this board. Most of the colors they sell aren't even accurate Balenciaga colors. They offer some colors from past seasons that people would pay MORE for, if they could find them. And the leather in the pics is just not accurate. I own too many real ones - and the leather just doesn't look like that!! The leather in these pics is overly distressed, too shiny and too stiff looking.

efashionhouse

Sorry if someone didi already ask about this, but I need help. I just purchased a bag at efashionhouse today, but now I have doubts about the authenticity. The reason is that they wrote that they had just one of the bag I wanted, but now that I bought it, apparently they still have in stock the same bag in the same color. So if they lie about this they could lie about the authenticity too. I would like your help. What do you know about efashionhouse? I am thinking about calling my bank and ask to block my credit card. If they sell fakes, I absolutely don't want them to touch my money. Thans for your advice.

I wanted to let you know ( if someone is interested) that I just blocked my credit card and wrote to efashionhouse that I don't want the bag anymore. My bank is closed for the weekend, so I couldn't ask advice. Hope this is enough, because efashionhouse writes that they get paid when they ship the item, and they haven't yet. Also I will call the bank on monday. It's really the last time I purchase this stupid way. Will never do it again.

I haven't really had any experience with that site. Some pictures are kinda dodgy and I would just suggest just buying the bag off the store. Did you try to ask them why did they tell you that there's only 1 stock left? Or maybe they haven't just updated their site for the quantity of the bag.

What bag did you purchase If I may ask?

WOW...you seriously shouldn't let yourself become that paranoid...

you hadn't received the bag, am i right? and they hadn't shipped it?
most websites update the quantities of their stock once it actually leaves the store/warehouse/whatever... i'm pretty sure if they only had one left, and you ordered it, they'd update their stock and the page saying that it was sold out.

...and if this isn't the case, then it isn't always totally probable that they'll never get another of the same bag in stock...people return/exchange things all the time, and you should take that into consideration as well...there are a lot of different factors that could come into play here... :ermm:

what bag was this anyhow?

You are absolutely right when you say that I am paranoid, but I don't know, I see the idea of spending 599 dollars on a fake balenciaga (how could I buy a balenciaga on the net?) as a total nightmare. I would have troubles trying to guess if it's a fake or not, and it would be kind of a mess also to ship the bag back to USA from Europe. I bought this bag because I thought it was from a past collection, with the hardware in silver, that I prefer, and maybe with a better leather than the bags of the new collections. Now I think I was too confident. Maybe I am overeacting, but my experience on Yoox and Bluefly is that when you buy the last bag they have in stock, immediately after they mark 'this item is no more available'. You see? Thanks for your supporting...

And yes, I asked them by email, but they didn't answer...Maybe they were closed friday afternoon, but still, all this together...

$599 balenciaga bag? My gosh, I don't think balenciaga bags ever lowered their prices.

at that price i would say they were fake..

agreed... i didn't know it was a balenciaga bag she was referring to from the start.

elsa, I think you did the right thing. It sounds fishy and that is a lot of money to not feel sound about the whole ordeal.

it would be really helpful for us to give you advice and for other posters who might consider purchasing from this site to know which bag you are talking about.

It doesn't matter which bag you're looking to buy....they are FAKES...all of them!!!!

Lily...thanks for the karma!!

all of them on efashion house are fakes??

but some of them don't look it... the helmut lang ones... the hermès?

As I wrote, it was a balenciaga, a twiggy. Personally I think they sell authentic items too. For istance, they have a big balenciaga bag (not the usual type) in green that certainly hasn't been 'copied' yet, because it is not a best-seller. But then they have this strange section where they sell bags inspired from designer's bags. I didn't notice that, and I think this is a bad sign. And again, if I google 'efashionhouse' in some results I have this name linked with 'replicas'. So...Of course I am not 100% sure that the bag is a fake, but I just don't know how to check and I don't want to take the risk. I was too impulsive: I saw apparently authentic items in the site, they wrote that the bag that I wanted was the last they had in that colour...These elements made me think at first that the item was real...Now I see that I can't be sure about that.

So, now I can be sure that they sell fake balenciagas. They canceled my order, but they didn't mail to tell me, they just did it (I found out in my account on their site). Mhh...And they didn't answer to my mail, where I asked questions about the authenticity, etc. So obviously I was right. They canceled my order to avoid problems and they didn't answer for the same reason. At the end, everything is right, but I had an horrible friday night. I had to wake up at four o' clock to block the credit card to finally calm down. I learned the lesson, I think. I won't repeat the mistake. :innocent:

Now you can sit back and relax:P I almost order Chanel bag from them as well lucky I decided not to thanks for your experience which made other be awared of this site.
