If I were a betting man, I'd say she was removed because she's on the sexy list now, and they don't overlap the two lists. Doutzen Kroes was pretty high on the Top 50 list not too long ago but now she's #2 on the sexy list and not on the top 50 list at all.

^ they seems to remove from the 50 list the very very established models, i mean, the ones that now have reached the status of rich people. so: isabeli/stegner/doutzen/hilary don't need to be in that list because they are one step above.
of course the fact that they are not in that list, doesn't mean that they are less than Elsa Sylvan for example (num.50)
ps: Isabeli should be put in the iconic list only for her politically un-correct definition of that list. she has that courage to speak...

no that's not the reason, because when she was on 50 list she was also on sexy girl at 7 position.

I'm quite sure it is the reason. The lists overlap because they rarely add new girls to the 50 list, usually they just change their positions. When they do add new girls, they remove girls that are now on another list. Like Daria, she was on the 50 list and the Icon list for awhile, until new girls were added to the 50 list, and then she was dropped. Same with Isabeli and the sexy list. It happens like this every time.

i don't see the connection between sexy and best models. it's not her fault if she is sexy. if they remove her and others because they are already on sexy list, is really stupid.

A modelo curitibana Isabeli Fontana aparece em fotos inéditas nos bastidores do calendário da Pirelli na revista VIP de janeiro, que tem a atriz Luana Piovani na capa.
As fotos da edição 2009 do tradicional calendário foram feitas pelo fotógrafo nova-iorquino Peter Beard em Botsuana, na África. Na ocasião, Isabeli disse três vezes “não” ao fotógrafo.
A primeira negativa aconteceu quando Peter pediu para Isabeli tirar fotos nadando em meio às fezes dos elefantes. Depois quando pediu para que a modelo posasse sob a pata de um deles. O último “não”, foi quando ele quis fazer as fotos com a modelo emergindo de um lado infestado de crocodilos e sanguessugas, que acabaram sendo feitas pela modelo canadense Daria Werbowy. “Ela saiu da água toda cortada, sangrando”, revela Isabeli à VIP.

Mesmo enfrentando todos esses obstáculos, Isabeli disse que participar das fotos do calendário da Pirelli em Botsuana foi uma das melhores experiências de sua vida. Esta foi a terceira vez que a modelo participou do calendário. “Foi a mais legal e mais maluca de todas. Foi uma coisa boa, um aprendizado de vida, adorei o contato profundo com a natureza.
