Here's Ivanka at her birthday party at Pure last year looking a bit more like Paris Hilton than anybody should ever look... her bumblebee suit makes her look like she belongs in a Martin Scorsese movie telling Robert DeNiro she wants to go out for a wild night on the town...

I'm glad you told me that...I dug back through the event pictures and it indeed was a costume party!! I feel better now ...B) Poor Ivanka- she even gets criticized for going to a costume party in a costume!! Although I'm not sure how knee high, high heeled boots relates to a flapper outfit, but...

Yup- Ivanka wasn't accepted to Wharton and did two years at Georgetown and then transferred...Eric did the same deal but decided to stay and graduate from Georgetown instead; Donald Sr went to Fordham in the Bronx for two years and transferred to Wharton as well- considering his grades at Fordham were less than exciting, it was a wonder to everyone how he got into Wharton at all...Donald's older brother Fred's roommate and best friend from Lehigh was an admissions officer at Penn, but of course that had nothing to do with it Donald eventually getting in and graduating ... Donald always claimed to have graduated first in his class at Wharton; Wharton not only has never has given class rankings but the facility and students there remember Donald as a bored and indifferent student during his two years there...Donald Jr is the only one who was admitted to and graduated from four years at Wharton... The Trump Family Myth Machine rolls on...

I didn't know that Ivanka didn't get in at first. That's surprising.

Very true! I mean, Donald Sr was just the son of a local developer in Brooklyn and Queens, so that wasn't too surprising- but the kids..I would think a few phone calls would do the trick!

I agree with you ...I am always very impressed by her, but when she poses for mens magizenes half dressed something about that rubs me the wrong way. It's like she's looking for attention in a semi paris hilton like manner. It seems to go against this whole other perception I have of her. Who knows though, maybe i'm just weird

But that's exactly what i think is so great about this girl - she's serious in business, but doesn't let that make her a boring man-with-boobs type. She isn't afraid to have fun and be sexy.

^^ I think you might be right...One of the women on The Apprentice LA last year did a very, very sexy pictorial in Playboy and she was a practicing attorney in California...After I got over the shock (it was amazing even by Playboy standards...) I started to see- why not!!? She's young, successful and incredibly beautiful- I see nothing wrong with it really... If that was something she wanted to do and it helped her career and all, why not? A lot of people know Ivanka now who never heard of her before The Apprentice and the men's magazines... And she looks increasingly great, so why not? B)
